What You Bring:

  • People
  • Support with Cross training and upskilling of Installation staff
  • Support with timesheet authorisation and management of overtime.
  • Review customer processes and suggest improvements and change.
  • Encourage support & train Rhenus lead technicians to undertake site surveys and create RAMS
  • Provide cover for holiday and sickness for Assistant Installations Managers • Maintain Health and Safety records and liaise with our consultants to ensure that we work within all the relevant legislation
  • Key Skills and Experience
  • Good people management skills,
  • Good general level of education
  • Good team member who can work on own initiative to support the overall business
  • A Flexible, Can-do attitude and willingness to learn & available to work 2 weekends per month paid at an agreed overtime rate.
  • Experience of mechanical or electrical Installation
  • Fluent in Microsoft applications
  • Experience in dealing directly with customer contacts and good communication skills
  • Be comfortable with a fluid schedule
  • Most hold a full UK Drivers Licence
