Job Description
Bros Master Mind is looking for an experienced Installation Supervisor to oversee on-site installation activities for events, exhibitions, booths, stages, fit-out projects, and custom structures.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience in the UAE events industry, and the ability to manage installation teams while ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily installation and dismantling activities for events and exhibitions
- Lead and manage installation labor teams on-site
- Coordinate with Operations, Production, Logistics, Procurement, and Project teams
- Prepare and maintain daily work logs, timesheets, installation checklists, and progress reports
- Ensure all materials, tools, equipment, and manpower are available and organized prior to installation
- Execute projects according to drawings, renders, site briefs, and technical specifications
- Monitor installation quality and ensure compliance with company standards
- Enforce health, safety, and PPE requirements on-site
- Coordinate carpenters, painters, welders, fabricators, and other installation personnel
- Resolve site issues and maintain workflow to meet project deadlines
- Report installation progress, challenges, and project completion status to management
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and to client expectations
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Events & Exhibitions installations within the UAE
- Previous experience as Installation Supervisor or similar role
- ITI Certificate, Diploma, or relevant technical qualification preferred
- Experience using ERP systems is an advantage
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, layouts, and installation plans
- Strong leadership, planning, and team management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
- Valid UAE Driving License preferred
- English communication skills required
