• We are seeking an ID Install Technician to support network infrastructure deployment and expansion within our next-generation data center environments.
• This role requires operating with a high degree of autonomy in fast-paced, mission-critical environments while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and execution standards.
• The ideal candidate demonstrates strong technical judgment, disciplined operational practices, and proven experience supporting large-scale enterprise infrastructure deployments.

• Key job responsibilities
• As an ID Install Technician, you support deployment of next-generation network infrastructure across global data centers.
• Your day includes rack installation, structured cabling, hardware deployment, validation, and troubleshooting to ensure safe and accurate delivery at scale.
• You work closely with Network Engineering, Operations, Security, and Logistics teams to execute infrastructure builds with precision and efficiency.
• The role requires strong ownership, attention to detail, and the ability to operate in fast-paced, mission-critical environments with minimal supervision.
• You proactively identify risks, ensure adherence to safety and quality standards, and deliver consistent operational excellence across complex, high-impact deployments.

Basic Qualifications

• Experience with computer hardware troubleshooting and repair
• Experience in computer networking
• High school or equivalent diploma
• Knowledge of TCP/IP networks
• Knowledge of cloud computing technologies
• Knowledge of fiber optic and copper cabling standards, testing equipment and troubleshooting methodologies
• Knowledge of network design, protocols and Layer 1/2 troubleshooting

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience dealing effectively with customers during problem resolution and operating efficiently under pressure
• Bachelor's degree in information technology or computer science
• Knowledge of fiber optic and copper cabling standards, testing equipment and troubleshooting methodologies
• Knowledge of server hardware and components
