Job Description Overview
The Telecom & IT Inspector is responsible for monitoring telecom and IT infrastructure performance, ensuring reliable communication networks and system availability across transport operations.
Your role Inspect telecom infrastructure including fiber networks, switches, routers, servers and communication systems.
Monitor contractor performance in maintaining network uptime, connectivity and system reliability.
Verify compliance with technical specifications, cybersecurity standards and operational requirements.
Identify faults, network degradation and system issues and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
Coordinate with NOC, data center and ITS teams to resolve critical communication and system issues.
