To help deliver our growing number of projects, we are looking for an Inspection Engineer / Technician .

Your role:

As an Operator, you perform emission measurements at customers’ installations. You usually work in small teams under the supervision of a project leader. Using specialized equipment, the teams carry out measurements related to emissions and energy losses. The collected data is prepared and forwarded for further analysis and reporting.

• You will work for several weeks or months at a time on‑site at our international customers’ facilities. Europe and the Middle East are our main markets. When you are not working on a project within the U.A.E., you will be deployed on international projects within the MENA region (Middle East and North Africa).
• You perform measurements at the customer’s oil and gas installations with the expected quality and in compliance with the site’s safety regulations.
• You identify, document, and measure emission data from various emission sources.
• You are responsible for the regular calibration of your equipment and for maintaining the measuring devices.
• You meet the standards in the areas of safety, quality, and output.

Job requirements

Who are we looking for?

• You preferably have a technical background. Basic knowledge of chemistry and oil and gas pipelines is an asset.
• You enjoy travelling and are willing to stay abroad for periods of several weeks. Most of the work is carried out in factories and on sites in Europe, the Middle East, and beyond.
• You are in good physical condition and are willing to work outdoors and at heights.
• You have a positive work attitude and a strong sense of responsibility.
• You are hands‑on and can work both in a team and independently, following the guidelines and codes of conduct of Intero – The Sniffers
• You hold a driver’s licence, and you are a responsible driver.
