CAMELEON Global is a fast-growing Consumer Insights, Market Research, Mystery Shopping and Data Collection company operating across the Middle East and Africa.
As part of our expansion in Qatar, we are looking for an Insights Research Executive who would like to broaden their career towards client development and commercial growth.
This role is specifically designed for professionals already working in the Market Research, Consumer Insights, Customer Experience, Mystery Shopping or Data Collection industry.
Who We're Looking For
· 2 to 5 years of experience in a Market Research, Consumer Insights, Customer Experience (CX), Mystery Shopping or Data Collection company.
· Arabic speaker (Egypt, Jordan, Lebanon, Tunisia or Morocco preferred).
· Fluent in English.
· French is a strong advantage.
·
Experience
interacting with clients, preparing proposals, presenting methodologies or supporting commercial activities.
· Good understanding of quantitative research, qualitative research, customer experience measurement, mystery shopping and fieldwork operations.
· Strong communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
· Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to contribute to the growth of a young and ambitious company.
What You'll Do
· Develop relationships with Marketing, Customer Experience and Insights decision-makers.
· Identify and support new business opportunities in Qatar and the GCC.
· Participate in client meetings and presentations.
· Contribute to proposal preparation and study design.
· Work closely with research, fieldwork and operations teams to build relevant client solutions.
· Support the promotion of CAMELEON's Consumer Insights, Customer Experience, Mystery Shopping and Data Collection services.
· Represent the company during networking events, business meetings and industry gatherings.
