Overview
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our growing real estate team in Sharjah.
If you are confident on the phone, passionate about sales, and eager to grow in the UAE property market, this is your opportunity.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Contact and follow up with leads provided through portals and campaigns
Qualify buyer and seller requirements and schedule meetings for agents
Maintain daily call targets and ensure high conversion rates
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients
Update CRM systems with accurate client information and follow-ups
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handling
🔹 Requirements:
Previous telesales or call center experience (real estate experience is a plus)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Fluent in English
Target-driven with a positive and energetic attitude
Ability to handle high call volumes and work under pressure
