Inside Sales Representative

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Contact potential customers through outbound calls to generate new business opportunities.
• Identify sales opportunities and contribute to the growth of the customer base.
• Manage existing customer accounts and maintain strong, professional relationships.
• Promote FedEx services and solutions to meet customer needs.
• Achieve established sales targets and support overall business growth objectives.
• Follow up with customers and respond to their inquiries and requirements.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of previous experience in sales or customer service, with a preference for inside sales experience.
• Demonstrated ability to build and manage customer accounts effectively.
• Proficiency in computer usage and Microsoft Office applications.
• Previous experience in the logistics industry is considered a plus.
• Required Skills
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Effective negotiation skills to secure and retain business.
• A target-driven approach with a clear focus on achieving business growth.

Work Environment

• This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and involves working within a sales team focused on customer acquisition and retention for FedEx services.
