Inside Sales Rep

Role overview

What you’ll do

• Process rental quotations, reservations, and contracts.
• Establish new rental and sales accounts by serving walk-in and call-in customers.
• Negotiate equipment rental and contractor supply prices within company policies.
• Dispatch delivery trucks and manage customer delivery expectations.
• Generate new-business leads and communicate them to Outside Sales Representatives.
• Contact lost or dormant accounts to retain business.
• Maintain a clean, presentable showroom stocked with merchandise.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Exceptional relationship-building and customer service skills.
• Strong multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent teamwork, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
