About the role
Leads the India-based Inside Sales and SDR team focused on outbound outreach into the US IT services market.
The manager owns KPIs, runs daily team operations, coaches and trains as needed, and serves as a link between India and US teams.
Reports directly to the VP of Sales.
Experience and qualifications
- Requires 8–10+ years in B2B IT services or IT staffing sales, including 3+ years directly managing an inside sales or SDR team.
- Requires a hands-on track record of building and running daily activity cadences.
- Requires working fluency in Salesforce or a comparable CRM, a prospecting platform such as Apollo.io, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Requires comfort building productivity dashboards and using them to coach.
- Requires long-term availability for US Eastern Time Zone hours, corresponding to an evening or night shift in India.
Key responsibilities
- Run the daily operating rhythm of the inside sales and SDR team.
- Lead outbound email, cold calling, and LinkedIn outreach into the US IT services market.
- Own KPIs and performance numbers, run standups, and coach or train the team.
- Build and use productivity dashboards to coach the team.
- Serve as the on-the-ground liaison between India and US teams.
Schedule
- The role requires working US Eastern Time Zone hours, described as an evening or night shift in India.
Workplace
- The position is based in Hyderabad and requires working in the office five days a week.
- Work location is in person.
