Role Overview
Inside Sales Executive role with Specktron, a technology brand producing interactive displays, digital signage, and visual technology solutions.
The position supports inbound sales, lead generation, channel development, CRM administration, product demonstrations, and sales coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle sales enquiries through phone, email, WhatsApp, website, and other channels.
- Qualify leads and allocate opportunities to Sales Managers.
- Manage enquiries, follow-ups, and sales coordination.
- Develop distributors, resellers, system integrators, and channel partners.
- Generate leads through outbound calls and campaigns.
- Maintain CRM records and the sales pipeline.
- Conduct basic online product demonstrations when required.
- Support presentations, campaigns, events, and exhibitions.
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely customer support.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
Candidate Profile
- A relevant bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Two to three years of relevant sales or business development experience is preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and the right attitude are welcome.
- Excellent English communication skills are required.
- Additional languages are advantageous.

Compensation
- Pay is AED 4,000 to AED 5,000 per month.
