Role overview
Inside Sales Executive responsible for lead generation, client engagement, service pitching, and closing sales through calls, email, and virtual meetings.
The role is target-driven and involves building client relationships.
Responsibilities and sales activities
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets; prospect, research, and generate leads through outbound activities.
- Cold-call prospects, send sales emails and follow-ups, and organize virtual meetings using Zoom or Google Meet.
- Present and pitch company services, follow up with leads, handle objections, and convert prospects into paying customers.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and track pipeline conversion; collaborate with internal teams to close sales.
- Build relationships with prospects and existing clients.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of inside sales or telesales experience and 2 years of target-based sales experience.
- Proven sales-target achievement; strong cold-calling and lead-generation experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, professional sales-email writing, and confidence in online product presentations and demos.
- Able to handle objections and close deals effectively; self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented.
- Valid visa or sponsored visa required to work in the UAE.
Preferred skills
- Event-industry or B2B sales experience is an advantage.
- CRM familiarity and strong negotiation and persuasion skills are preferred.
Compensation and benefits
- AED 2,000–3,000 per month, plus performance-based incentives and commission.

Working schedule
- Monday to Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
