The role
Act as the first voice prospective KOBS clients hear, turning inquiries into conversations and guiding clients to the next step with the team.
Appear on camera for company social media content from time to time.
What you'll do
- Call and follow up with prospective buyers and investors.
- Understand each client's budget, timeline, and whether they are buying to live or invest.
- Qualify leads and pass serious prospects to the team with clear, useful notes.
- Log every conversation and keep follow-ups on time.
- Build client relationships beyond the initial call.
- Appear on camera for company social media content when required.
What you bring
- One to two years of telecalling, telesales, or inside sales experience.
- Strong command of spoken and written English.
- Additional languages, including Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, Russian, or others, are a strong plus.
- Confidence speaking on camera.
- Resilience in handling objections, rejection, and a full day of calls.
- Organized follow-up habits.
- Genuine interest in Dubai's property market.
- Currently lives in Dubai; relocation assistance is not offered.
Pay
- Base salary stated as AED 3,000 to 5,000 per month, with commissions on top.
- A separate pay line states AED 2,400 to AED 5,000 per month.
Working days
- Working days are Monday to Saturday.
Work location
- The role is in person in Al Barsha 1, Dubai.
