Role
Full-time, on-site Inside Sales Engineer role located in Sharjah.
The role supports inside sales through technical support, quotations, and customer sales activities.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and prepare and send quotations.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and develop business from new and existing customer accounts.
- Manage negotiations with senior-level executives and build long-term customer relationships.
- Follow up on business prospects with domestic and international customers.
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of sales experience in heavy construction equipment, mining equipment, marine, diesel generators, or parts sales is mandatory.
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, automobile, or automotive.
- Experience in export sales procedures and technical support.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication, quotation preparation ability, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Office.
- Spoken Arabic is an added advantage but is not mandatory.
