Description

  • Conduct high-volume cold calling, email outreach, independent research and prospecting to connect with indie game publishers.
  • Identify new business opportunities and qualifying leads.
  • Sell turnkey options, such as sponsorship packages and pass along larger programs to the respective Sales leads.
  • Develop and foster relationships with indie advertisers through consistent communication and follow-up.
  • Stay up to date on indie gaming trends, new releases, and emerging studios to identify potential partnership opportunities.
  • Strong interest in gaming, entertainment, tech, pop culture is a plus
  • Great entry level position for someone who wants to enter digital media, marketing, sales, or business development careers.
  • Ability to handle a high daily volume of calls, emails, and cold outreach daily.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage decision makers at multiple levels
  • Self-motivated, organized, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while managing multiple priorities
  • Ability to handle rejection positively and maintain persistence.
  • Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding goals and metrics
  • Familiarity with the gaming industry or indie game space is a plus, but not required.
  • Previous internship, customer service, retail, campus leadership, or sales lead generation experience is helpful but not required.
  • Proficient with Google Workspace, LinkedIn, and basic CRM tools is a plus.
  • Salary Range: 6% Commission net after campaign hard costs
