About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Innovation & NPD (New Product Development) Specialist to support the development of new products across chocolate, sweets, bakery, snacks, and gifting.
This role focuses on turning ideas and market insights into real product concepts, working closely with cross-functional teams to bring products to life.
What You’ll Do
- Develop new product concepts based on market trends and consumer insights
- Support building a structured innovation pipeline
- Translate ideas into clear product concepts (positioning, pricing, packaging)
- Work with chefs to develop recipes and prototypes
- Support product testing, improvement, and documentation
- Collaborate with Marketing, Design, and Operations
- Help move products from concept to production smoothly
- Track trends, competitors, and seasonal opportunities
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years experience in food product development / innovation
- Background in chocolate, confectionery, bakery, snacks, or FMCG food
- Strong understanding of consumer trends
- Ability to turn ideas into practical product concepts
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams
