- We are seeking an experienced Innovation Manager to lead innovation programs, identify emerging opportunities, and drive the development of new products, services, and business solutions.
- The ideal candidate will build innovation frameworks, manage experimentation initiatives, foster a culture of creativity, and support organizational growth through innovative thinking.
- 🚀 Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement innovation strategies aligned with organizational goals and market opportunities
- Lead innovation programs, initiatives, and idea management processes across the organization
- Identify emerging technologies, market trends, customer needs, and business opportunities
- Facilitate innovation workshops, brainstorming sessions, design thinking activities, and collaboration programs
- Evaluate new concepts, business models, and technology opportunities through research and analysis
- Manage innovation projects from ideation and validation through implementation and scaling
- Collaborate with product, technology, strategy, marketing, operations, and leadership teams to drive innovation initiatives
- Establish innovation frameworks, governance processes, and performance measurement methodologies
- Promote a culture of experimentation, creativity, and continuous improvement across the organization
- Monitor innovation trends, industry developments, and competitive landscapes
- Prepare innovation reports, business cases, and strategic recommendations for senior leadership
- ✅ Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Innovation Management, Technology, Engineering, Design, Strategy, or a related field preferred
- Master's degree or professional certifications in Innovation Management, Design Thinking, Entrepreneurship, or related disciplines are advantageous
- 5+ years of experience in innovation management, product development, business transformation, strategy, consulting, or related roles
- 2+ years of experience leading innovation programs, transformation initiatives, or new business development projects preferred
- Strong understanding of innovation methodologies including Design Thinking, Lean Startup, Agile, and business model innovation
- Experience with emerging technologies, market research, ideation processes, and innovation frameworks
- Strong analytical, creative thinking, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Excellent communication, facilitation, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to translate innovative ideas into practical business solutions
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
