  • We are seeking an experienced Innovation Manager to lead innovation initiatives, identify growth opportunities, and develop strategies that drive business transformation.
  • The ideal candidate will foster a culture of innovation, manage innovation programs, evaluate emerging trends, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring new ideas and solutions to life.
  • 🚀 Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement innovation strategies aligned with organizational goals and growth objectives
  • Identify emerging market trends, technologies, and business opportunities to support innovation efforts
  • Lead innovation programs, idea management initiatives, and business transformation projects
  • Facilitate innovation workshops, brainstorming sessions, and design-thinking activities
  • Collaborate with business units to develop, test, and scale innovative products, services, and processes
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and feasibility assessments for new opportunities
  • Establish innovation frameworks, governance models, and performance metrics
  • Manage innovation portfolios, project pipelines, and stakeholder engagement activities
  • Promote a culture of creativity, experimentation, and continuous improvement across the organization
  • Prepare innovation reports, business cases, and strategic recommendations for senior leadership
  • ✅ Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Innovation Management, Engineering, Technology, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Master's degree or MBA is advantageous
  • 5+ years of experience in innovation management, business transformation, strategy, product development, consulting, or related roles
  • 2+ years of experience leading innovation programs, strategic initiatives, or cross-functional projects preferred
  • Strong understanding of innovation methodologies, design thinking, business model development, and change management
  • Experience with market analysis, emerging technologies, and opportunity evaluation
  • Excellent analytical, creative problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience managing innovation pipelines, research initiatives, or transformation programs is advantageous
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
