Innovation Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze the current digital operating model to identify inefficiencies, gaps, and innovation opportunities
• Design and implement process improvement and innovation initiatives aligned with the digital operating model
• Maintain a repository of roles, processes, and toolchains across the digital operating model
• Conduct data collection, root cause analysis, and performance measurement to assess effectiveness
• Develop and deploy best practices, standards, and process documentation to support continuous improvement and innovation
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of implemented improvements and innovation initiatives
• Drive lean methodologies, agile practices, and continuous improvement programs
• Organize and facilitate innovation workshops, brainstorming sessions, and improvement initiatives
• Promote a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement across teams

Required Competencies and Experience & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Process Management, Information Systems, or a related field
• Certification in continuous improvement (e.g., Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt or higher) is preferred
• 4–8 years of experience in process improvement, operational excellence, or innovation-related roles
• Strong understanding of process analysis, optimization, and innovation frameworks
• Experience with lean, agile, and continuous improvement methodologies
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and facilitation skills
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities
• Fluency in English (written and verbal); Arabic is an added advantage
