Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as MRICS (Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) or equivalent are an advantage.
• Proven track record in cost estimation, tendering, and contract administration for large-scale civil infrastructure.
• Solid knowledge of construction methodologies, industry standards, and infrastructure engineering practices.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor, with a strong focus on infrastructure projects (roads, bridges, utilities, or public works).

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documents for infrastructure projects.
• Monitor project budgets and provide accurate financial reports.
• Evaluate contractor quotations and assist in contract negotiations.
• Conduct site visits to verify progress and compliance with specifications.
• Manage variations, claims, and final accounts.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to optimize project costs.
