Role Description
We are seeking an experienced **Infrastructure Foreman** to oversee and coordinate daily site operations for infrastructure construction projects.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising site crews, ensuring work is performed safely and efficiently, and maintaining compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily infrastructure construction activities and site workforce.
- Ensure works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Allocate manpower, materials, tools, and equipment to achieve daily work targets.
- Monitor work quality and ensure compliance with safety (HSE) and quality requirements.
- Report daily progress, site issues, and resource requirements to the Site Engineer or Project Manager.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in infrastructure construction projects, including utilities, roads, or drainage works.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and coordinate site activities.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage labor crews and ensure compliance with HSE requirements.
