The Infrastructure Foreman supervises and coordinates daily site activities for infrastructure construction works.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily infrastructure construction site activities.
- Ensure activities are carried out safely and efficiently.
- Ensure work follows approved drawings, project specifications, method statements, and project schedules.
Requirements
- At least eight years of experience in construction and infrastructure.
- Strong site supervision and leadership skills.
- Good knowledge of infrastructure construction activities.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
- Manpower and equipment management ability.
- Problem-solving, decision-making, communication, and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of quality control and HSE requirements.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
