Professional Summary
Senior wet utilities technical specialist with over 15 years of experience in the technical review, assurance, and delivery support of potable water, wastewater, stormwater, TSE, irrigation, and cooling water networks on large‑scale, multi‑disciplinary infrastructure and master‑planned developments.
Extensive experience providing independent technical advisory services, consultant design management, authority coordination, and compliance assurance across GCC and international projects.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Environmental, or Mechanical Engineering
- Postgraduate qualification preferred (MSc / MEng in Water, Environmental, or Hydraulic Engineering)
- Professional certifications preferred (15+ years’ relevant experience acceptable in lieu)
