Core responsibility areas
- Hybrid cloud and infrastructure architecture; enterprise systems and server administration; network engineering and connectivity.
- Cloud engineering and security; backup, disaster recovery, and resilience.
- Monitoring, automation, operational excellence, technical leadership, and team development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise infrastructure, networking, systems administration, virtualization, and cloud environments.
- Experience in a senior infrastructure, systems, network, cloud, architect, or engineering role.
- Hands-on Azure and/or Google Cloud experience and broad enterprise networking knowledge.
- Advanced Windows Server and Linux administration, Active Directory, DNS, Group Policy, Microsoft 365, and core infrastructure services.
- Strong experience with VMware, Hyper-V, and/or ESXi; physical and virtual servers, storage, data centers, and enterprise platforms.
- Experience with automation and IaC tools such as Terraform, Ansible, PowerShell, Bash, and/or Python.
- Knowledge of Prometheus, Grafana, Azure Monitor, CloudWatch, ELK, or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of infrastructure security, IAM, MFA, segmentation, patching, vulnerability management, and secure configuration.
- Working knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD concepts is preferred.
