We are looking for a seasoned
Virtualization Infrastructure Architect
with deep expertise in
VMware ecosystems, private cloud platforms, and enterprise-scale migrations
.

🎯 Role Objective
Lead the architecture, transformation, operations, and optimization of enterprise virtualization and private cloud environments.
This role is critical for ensuring platform stability, scalability, modernization, and seamless migration between private and public cloud ecosystems.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
VMware & Private Cloud Architecture
- Design, implement, and manage enterprise VMware environments
- Lead architecture and operations across vSphere, ESXi, vCenter, HA/DRS clusters
- Manage and optimize vSAN, NSX, Tanzu, and VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF)
- Drive private cloud implementation and lifecycle management
- Ensure availability, resilience, and platform performance in mission-critical environments
Migration & Cloud Transformation
- Lead large-scale migrations between private cloud and public cloud platforms
- Build hybrid cloud strategies leveraging Azure and AWS
- Plan modernization roadmaps for legacy infrastructure transformation
- Ensure secure, low-risk migration execution with minimal downtime
⚙️ Operations & Platform Stability
- Own day-to-day operations, troubleshooting, and capacity management
- Resolve complex incidents and performance bottlenecks across infrastructure layers
- Improve operational efficiency through automation and best practices
- Support business-critical production workloads with high uptime requirements
Microservices & Container Platforms
- Support private cloud platforms running
- Kubernetes-based workloads
- Work with T
- anzu Kubernetes Grid, VKS, OpenShift, and container ecosystems
- Collaborate with
- DevOps / Application teams for platform enablement
🛠 Required Skills & Expertise
- VMware vSphere, ESXi, vCenter
- vSAN, NSX, Tanzu
• VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF)
- Azure / AWS (Intermediate level)
• HA, DRS, DR, Backup, Monitoring, Troubleshooting
- Large-scale cloud migration experience
✅ Ideal Candidate Profile
- 15+ years of infrastructure / virtualization experience
- VMware Certified Professional / Advanced / Expert certifications preferred
- Strong operations mindset with hands-on troubleshooting expertise
- Experience in enterprise-scale private cloud environments
- Proven success in mission-critical production support
- Strong stakeholder communication and leadership skills
