We are seeking a highly experienced Infrastructure and Security Architect to lead the design and evolution of enterprise-wide technology landscapes. This role is pivotal in shaping scalable, resilient, and secure infrastructure across hybrid and multi-cloud environments, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory standards.

As a strategic technical leader, you will drive infrastructure modernization initiatives, define architectural standards, and embed security by design across all systems. You will champion zero-trust principles, implement robust security frameworks, and ensure governance, compliance, and risk management practices are seamlessly integrated into the technology ecosystem.

This position requires a forward-thinking mindset to evaluate emerging technologies, optimize performance and cost, and continuously enhance the organization’s security posture. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, mentor engineers, and provide expert guidance on complex architectural decisions, serving as a trusted advisor to both technical and business stakeholders.

🎯 What You’ll Do

• Architect and deliver scalable, high-availability infrastructure across cloud, hybrid, and on-premises environments aligned with business goals
• Define and enforce infrastructure standards, design patterns, and best practices across compute, storage, networking, and virtualization
• Lead cloud transformation initiatives, including migrations, containerization, and infrastructure-as-code adoption
• Establish and implement enterprise-wide security architecture using zero-trust and defense-in-depth principles
• Design and deploy critical security controls such as IAM, firewalls, IDS/IPS, secure access, and encryption mechanisms
• Drive governance, risk, and compliance initiatives, ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements
• Conduct security assessments, threat modeling, and vulnerability management to proactively mitigate risks
• Implement monitoring, logging, and incident response capabilities leveraging SIEM and SOC tools
• Define disaster recovery and business continuity strategies with clear RPO/RTO objectives
• Collaborate with DevOps and engineering teams to enable automation, CI/CD pipelines, and operational efficiency
• Provide architectural leadership, conduct design reviews, and resolve complex technical challenges
• Mentor and guide engineering teams on best practices, emerging technologies, and secure design principles
• Evaluate new technologies and recommend strategic investments to enhance infrastructure performance and security posture
• Develop and maintain comprehensive architecture documentation, standards, and knowledge-sharing frameworks

🧠 What We’re Looking For

• 15+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering, with at least 5+ years in architecture roles spanning infrastructure and security
• Proven expertise in designing and implementing large-scale, multi-cloud and hybrid environments (Azure, AWS, GCP)
• Strong foundation in network architecture, including SDN, load balancing, CDN, and hybrid connectivity models
• Deep hands-on experience with infrastructure-as-code and automation tools such as Terraform, Ansible, and cloud-native templates
• Advanced knowledge of security architecture, including zero-trust models, IAM/PAM, SIEM, endpoint security, and data protection
• Experience with containerization and orchestration platforms like Docker and Kubernetes (AKS/EKS)
• Solid understanding of compliance frameworks and standards such as ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, and GDPR
• Proficiency in scripting and automation using PowerShell, Python, or Bash
• Experience with monitoring, observability, and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, or cloud-native solutions
• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate business needs into scalable, secure technical solutions
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Analytical problem-solving mindset with a track record of resolving complex infrastructure and security challenges
• Collaborative approach with experience working across cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders
