Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced
Infrastructure Team Lead
who is fluent in both
Arabic and English
to lead and manage IT infrastructure operations.
The role involves overseeing system performance, ensuring high availability, managing teams, and driving infrastructure projects aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the IT infrastructure team (network, servers, cloud, and security)
- Ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of IT systems
- Plan, implement, and maintain infrastructure solutions (on-premises & cloud)
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues proactively
- Manage incident response, root cause analysis, and resolution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Develop and enforce IT policies, standards, and best practices
- Drive automation, optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Handle vendor management and coordinate with third-party providers
- Prepare reports, documentation, and presentations in both Arabic and English
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 3 -5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of:
- + Server management (Windows/Linux)
- + Networking (LAN/WAN, firewalls, VPNs)
- + Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
+ Virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V)
- Experience with monitoring tools and automation
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications such as:
- + ITIL
+ Ccna / Ccnp
- + VMware Certifications
- Experience in large-scale or enterprise environments
- Exposure to DevOps practices and tools
