Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Information Technology Specialist, located in Riyadh.
The specialist will manage IT systems and infrastructure, oversee network administration, ensure network security, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide efficient IT support.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in maintaining the company’s technological operations and supporting employees by addressing their technical needs.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Network Administration and Network Security to manage and safeguard IT infrastructure.
- Strong expertise in Information Technology and Troubleshooting to resolve technical issues effectively and maintain operational efficiency.
- Excellent Customer Service skills to provide prompt IT support and assistance across the organization.
- Knowledge of modern IT tools and practices, with the ability to diagnose hardware and software problems.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Certifications in relevant areas such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent are a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work
