Role Overview

Service Delivery Manager, IT Outsourcing with three openings.

Own provider-side delivery for a dedicated engineering squad placed with an enterprise client.

You do not set the backlog; the client does.

Three seats: one each on an integration (MuleSoft) squad, a mobile squad and a .NET full stack squad.

Responsibilities

  • Manage resource availability, attendance and replacement readiness.
  • Produce monthly Statement of Work and cost allocation.
  • Prepare monthly service review pack.
  • Handle escalations and capacity risks.
  • Ensure the squad is staffed, present, reported and reconciled every month.

Requirements

  • 12+ years in IT services.
  • 5+ years managing outsourced or managed service teams for banks, fintech or large enterprise.
  • Hands-on with monthly SoW and fixed fee reconciliation.
  • Incident and SLA governance.
  • Agile delivery with client-owned Scrum.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Experience with MuleSoft, mobile or .NET squads is a plus depending on seat.
  • Riyadh based.

Engagement Details

  • Work from a Datalake delivery centre in Riyadh, Cairo or Tunis (no home working).
  • Sunday to Thursday, 9:00 to 17:00 Saudi time (UTC+3).
  • Saudi public holiday calendar.
  • Inside the client's SDLC, repositories and CI/CD.
  • Squads share a 24/7 critical incident on-call rota with a documented backup.

Language

  • Professional English is mandatory for all documentation, ceremonies and reporting.
  • Arabic is a plus.
