Opportunity

Role responsibilities

• Identify and deliver technology solutions for Omni business needs, translating requirements into scalable, user-centric designs.
• Ensure solution intent is realized and solutions integrate effectively with existing systems and infrastructure.
• Implement structured testing, address deficiencies, and contribute to smooth deployment.
• Provide proactive and reactive support for Omni technology solutions.

Technical qualifications

• Prior Systems Analyst, Architect, or Developer experience with SAP ECC and proven ability to enhance SAP SD using custom fields, custom logic, customer exits, add-ins, and/or ABAP.
• Deep SAP SD experience in sales order management, pricing, ATP, deliveries, billing, cancellations, returns, refunds, and Finance and Logistics integration.
• Strong retail and omnichannel process knowledge, including ecommerce fulfillment, store transactions, returns, exchanges, partial shipments, refunds, and cross-channel journeys.
• Strong payment and fraud integration knowledge, including authorization, capture, settlement, voids, refunds, payment references, tokenization, and reconciliation.
• Experience supporting high-volume ecommerce integrations into SAP SD, including order updates, cancellations, fulfillment status, returns, and exception handling.
• Hands-on knowledge of REST APIs, JSON/XML, HTTP, authentication, API contracts, error handling, retries, idempotency, and synchronous/asynchronous patterns.
• Experience in Agile sprint-based environments and ability to create solution design documents and user stories.
• Oracle POS/Xstore and Adyen or Forter experience is highly desirable. A Computer Science or Engineering degree is an asset.

Compensation

• The range for roles at this level is CAD 50,000 to CAD 150,000 per year.
• Total compensation may include base pay, bonus, and/or equity depending on the role.
