This is a full-time, on-site role for an Information Technology Sales Manager, based in Dubai.
The Sales Manager will lead efforts to identify and generate new business opportunities, manage key client accounts, and drive IT sales initiatives.
Day-to-day responsibilities include developing strategic relationships with clients, preparing sales proposals, meeting sales targets, and collaborating with internal technical teams to align solutions with client needs.
The role also involves staying up to date with market trends and actively contributing to the company's growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of IT sales professionals, ensuring high performance and customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise clients and C-suite decision makers across the UAE.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends in the IT solutions and services sector.
- Manage complex B2B sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and technical decision makers.
- Collaborate with product and delivery teams to ensure customer success and client retention.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, pipeline analysis, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform business strategy.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote the company and generate leads.
Required Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 8-10 years of IT sales experience, with at least 3-5 years in a management or leadership role.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and revenue goals.
- Strong experience in selling enterprise IT solutions (Infrastructure, Cloud, Security, Networking, etc.).
- Demonstrated leadership and team management experience with ability to build and develop high-performing teams.
- Deep knowledge of the UAE and GCC market dynamics, business culture, and corporate landscape.
