🌍 Senior Sales Manager / Director – Software Testing & Quality Engineering Services

Are you a high-performing sales leader with a proven track record in selling IT Servcices,
Quality Engineering, and Digital Assurance Services
across the UAE/GCC region?
We are looking for a strategic sales professional to drive business growth, acquire new enterprise clients, and expand key accounts across the Middle East.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Drive enterprise sales for Software Testing & Quality Engineering Services
✅ Identify and acquire new enterprise customers across UAE & GCC
✅ Build and manage CXO-level relationships with CIOs, CTOs, Heads of QA, and Digital Transformation leaders
✅ Lead the complete sales lifecycle—from lead generation to deal closure
✅ Collaborate with Presales and Delivery teams to develop winning solutions
✅ Manage RFPs, commercial proposals, contract negotiations, and strategic partnerships
✅ Achieve revenue targets and expand existing enterprise accounts
✔ Quality Engineering (QE)
✔ Digital Assurance
✔ Test Automation
✔ Performance Testing
✔ Mobile & Web Application Testing
✔ API Testing
✔ Security Testing
✔ Managed Testing Services
✔ QA Transformation
Ideal Candidate
✔ 15+ years of enterprise IT/Testing Services sales experience
✔ Strong network within UAE/GCC enterprises
✔ Experience selling Testing, QA, Digital Engineering, or Managed Services
✔ Proven track record in enterprise hunting and large account management
✔ Excellent consultative selling, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
