Role Summary
The IT Operations Specialist operates within a lean technology environment and is responsible for the administration, support, maintenance, and operations of the technology infrastructure, systems, and services.
Systems & Server Administration
- Administer and maintain servers, virtual machines, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365, backups, and related systems.
- Manage Windows Server services including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, IIS, Group Policy, and identity management.
- Manage backup, recovery, and business continuity systems to ensure service availability and data protection.
Support Services
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Provide technical support for end-user devices, software applications, and connectivity issues.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Manage endpoint devices, user accounts, permissions, access requests, and meeting room technologies.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Support onboarding and offboarding activities, including user provisioning and equipment allocation.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Perform lifecycle management of IT assets, including inventory tracking, allocation, maintenance, replacement and disposal.
Infrastructure & Communications
- Administer and maintain network infrastructure, including firewalls, routers, switches, wireless networks, and Cisco Unified Communications.
- Troubleshoot network and connectivity issues and maintain infrastructure documentation.
- 路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Support server room operations and coordinate with vendors for infrastructure maintenance, deployments, and technical escalations.
Qualification
- Bachelor鈥檚 degree in information technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in IT Operations, Systems Administration, Infrastructure Operations, or Network Administration.
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, and Cisco networking technologies.
- Relevant Microsoft, Cisco, Azure, or equivalent certifications are preferred.
