We are looking for a skilled and dynamic IT Manager
to lead technology operations across our creative studios, laboratories, and technical departments.
This role sits at the intersection of IT infrastructure and creative production — supporting sound engineers, filmmakers, VR developers, 3D artists, and students in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the reliable day-to-day operation of IT systems across studios, labs, and technical departments including sound, film, VR, and 3D production environments
- Design and manage media storage and archiving strategies tailored to the demands of high-volume creative and educational workflows
- Oversee networks, storage systems, rendering infrastructure, and all IT resources supporting production and academic activities
- Partner with department heads and technical staff to assess and align IT requirements with organizational goals
- Deliver hands-on technical support, training, and guidance to students and creative professionals using IT resources
- Implement and enforce security measures and access control policies in line with regulatory and institutional compliance requirements
- Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers, ensuring SLAs are upheld and systems are well-maintained
- Drive continuous improvement across IT operations through sound infrastructure management methodologies
- Serve as a trusted advisor on IT best practices, tools, and emerging technologies to staff and technical teams
- Monitor industry trends and evaluate new technologies for potential adoption within the organization
What We'Re Looking For
- Proven experience in IT management, preferably within a creative, media, educational, or production environment
- Strong technical background in networking, storage systems, and rendering infrastructure
- Familiarity with media production workflows (audio/video, VR, 3D rendering, post-production) is a significant advantage
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to support both technical and non-technical users
- Strong vendor management and communication skills
- A proactive mindset with a passion for emerging technology and innovation
- Experience with IT security frameworks and access management best practices
