An Information Technology Intern role for a motivated candidate seeking hands-on experience and technical skill development.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist with daily IT support and technical troubleshooting.
- Help maintain computer systems, hardware, software, and network equipment.
- Support software installation, configuration, and system updates.
- Assist with IT records, documentation, and inventory.
- Help troubleshoot basic technical issues and provide user support.
- Assist with data backups, system maintenance, and IT projects.
- Perform other IT-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.
- Willingness to learn and develop technical skills; good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work in a team.
- Internship placement must be part of the applicant's studies, where applicable.
