We are looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure & Systems Engineer to support enterprise hybrid infrastructure across cloud and on-prem environments.
The role focuses on ensuring secure, scalable, and highly available systems while contributing to infrastructure design, optimization, and security initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain servers, virtualization, and storage systems
- Manage Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 environments
- Support Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM)
- Implement Zero Trust solutions (Zscaler ZIA/ZPA or equivalent)
- Manage endpoint platforms (Intune, JAMF, SCCM) and device compliance
- Perform vulnerability assessments, system hardening, and security improvements
- Troubleshoot infrastructure issues and support incident/root cause analysis
- Maintain technical documentation and support ITIL-based processes
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in infrastructure/system engineering
- Strong experience with Azure, Microsoft 365, and hybrid environments
- Hands-on experience with IAM, endpoint management, and Zero Trust security
- Experience with virtualization, infrastructure security, and cloud platforms
- Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science or related field
Preferred
Certifications in Azure, Microsoft 365, ITIL, Zscaler, Security+, or JAMF/Intune
