Role Overview

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Computer Systems Analyst to work on a contract basis.

In this role, you will apply your technical expertise to design and analyze system architecture, focusing on ERP systems such as GSAP, Oracle, and Dynamics, to support evolving business needs in the technology industry.

Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input, and you will collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders to ensure clarity and compliance with data privacy standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and design system architecture to support evolving business needs, focusing on ERP systems such as GSAP, Oracle, and Dynamics.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, ensuring clarity and compliance with data privacy standards.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders to identify and address system integration needs and optimize workflow.
  • Test and evaluate system performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing proactive solutions.
  • Develop and implement system architecture solutions that meet business requirements and ensure data privacy and security.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong technical documentation skills, with the ability to create clear and concise documentation that meets data privacy standards.
  • Experience with cross-functional collaboration, with a strong ability to work with stakeholders to identify and address system integration needs.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills, with a strong ability to identify and address system performance issues.
  • Experience with ERP systems such as GSAP, Oracle, and Dynamics, with a strong understanding of system architecture and integration.
