Role overview

Responsibilities

• Research, network, and use referrals to identify prospects, generate leads, and build a sales pipeline.
• Develop relationships with client decision-makers and understand their business challenges, goals, and requirements.
• Present and demonstrate solutions, conduct workshops, and provide tailored recommendations.
• Prepare proposals and quotes; negotiate terms and contracts to meet company objectives and profitability targets.
• Research industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitors to identify opportunities.
• Coordinate with product development, marketing, and customer support for solution delivery and customer experience.
• Maintain CRM records of leads, opportunities, contacts, and accounts; report sales progress and forecasts.
• Stay current through training, certifications, and industry events.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1 to 3 years of IT sales experience; cybersecurity or business process automation experience is preferred.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, technologies, and best practices.
• Familiarity with business process automation tools and their operational-efficiency applications.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills; self-motivated and results-oriented.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in CRM software and MS Office.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CompTIA Security+, or Salesforce are a plus.
