🎯 Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Manager / Manager – IT Application Management to lead end-to-end application lifecycle, manage stakeholders, and drive high-impact IT initiatives.
🔹 What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead application lifecycle management (development → deployment → optimization)
- Manage stakeholders, vendors, and client expectations
- Drive large-scale IT application projects
- Ensure performance, scalability, and security compliance
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team
- Work closely with business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
✅ What We’re Looking For
- 15+ years of IT experience
- Strong managerial + technical expertise
- Insurance domain experience is MUST (Life / Medical / General Insurance)
- Experience in ITSM / ITIL frameworks & enterprise applications
- Strong communication & stakeholder management skills
- Preference for locally available candidates
- 💰 Compensation
- 💼 Salary Range: QAR 22,000 – 25,000 + benefits
- 💡 Open for higher expectations as well but based on experience and interview performance
- 📍 Location: Qatar
- 🏷 Designation: Manager / Senior Manager (based on experience)
