π― Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Manager / Manager β IT Application Management to lead end-to-end application lifecycle, manage stakeholders, and drive high-impact IT initiatives.
πΉ What Youβll Be Doing
β’ Lead application lifecycle management (development β deployment β optimization)
β’ Manage stakeholders, vendors, and client expectations
β’ Drive large-scale IT application projects
β’ Ensure performance, scalability, and security compliance
β’ Lead and mentor a high-performing team
β’ Work closely with business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
β What Weβre Looking For
β’ 15+ years of IT experience
β’ Strong managerial + technical expertise
β’ Insurance domain experience is MUST (Life / Medical / General Insurance)
β’ Experience in ITSM / ITIL frameworks & enterprise applications
β’ Strong communication & stakeholder management skills
β’ Preference for locally available candidates
π° Compensation
πΌ Salary Range: QAR 22,000 β 25,000 + benefits
π‘ Open for higher expectations as well but based on experience and interview performance
π Location: Qatar
π· Designation: Manager / Senior Manager (based on experience)
