Responsibilities

• Develop information-systems and data-management strategies aligned with organizational objectives; lead planning, implementation, optimization, and management of business information systems.
• Establish data frameworks, policies, standards, and governance; partner with business leaders to identify information, reporting, and technology requirements.
• Oversee data quality, availability, consistency, security, and lifecycle management; coordinate integrations, data flows, APIs, databases, and information platforms.
• Manage upgrades, enhancements, migrations, and technology-improvement initiatives; monitor system performance, availability, capacity, and reliability.
• Support BI, reporting, dashboards, and data-driven decision-making; establish access, permissions, retention, and information-security controls.
• Coordinate with IT, cybersecurity, analytics, vendors, and technology partners; evaluate scalable solutions and maintain system documentation and data dictionaries.
• Identify risks, monitor KPIs, prepare reports and recommendations, and promote automation, process optimization, and responsible use of emerging data technologies.

Requirements

• Three or more years of relevant professional experience is preferred.
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in a related discipline is preferred.
• Strong understanding of information systems, databases, data governance, integrations, and business applications.
• Experience managing technology projects, implementations, upgrades, or data initiatives; familiarity with ERP, CRM, BI, database, cloud, and enterprise platforms.
• Understanding of data quality, master data, metadata, access controls, and information lifecycle management.
• Strong analytical, strategic, project-management, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management capabilities.
• Ability to explain technical concepts as business recommendations and work with vendors and cross-functional teams.
• Attention to data accuracy, information security, and operational reliability; ability to manage priorities independently in a remote environment.
• Professional certifications are not required unless specifically relevant to the role.
