Expected pay for this position is $34.57 - $40.66/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity. This is a Salaried position.

Overview

This position would offer the incubment to be remote (work from home) based on productivity. There will be times when this position would require the incumbent to work on-site. Remote work is of leadership discretion and subject to change at anytime.

POSITION SUMMARY: The Information Security Analyst I evaluates, plans, designs, configures, and implements security systems to protect the organization's computer networks from cyber-attacks and helps set and maintain security standards. Analyzes, tests, troubleshoots, and maintains installed systems and support users. This role will operate and monitor network and host-based intrusion detection/prevention systems, recommends security solutions, advises on systems and application-level security configurations, and investigates and mitigates security risks as required.

Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Associates degree in Computer Science with 1 year experience in Information Technology and/or Cybersecurity OR 3 years' experience in Information Technology and/or Cybersecurity.

Other skills/knowledge: Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Knowledge of healthcare information technology or cybersecurity at a level normally acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree with a concentration in Computer Science or other closely related field

Certifications – CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, (ISC)2 Associate. Other IT-related certifications will be considered

Experience: Previous work-related experience within the healthcare information technology or cybersecurity industry. Experience with key OSF applications.
