Position Overview
The Creator Partnerships Intern will support QYUBIC’s creator growth initiatives by identifying, engaging, and onboarding creators across UAE, KSA, and the wider GCC region.
This internship provides hands-on experience in influencer marketing, creator outreach, affiliate partnerships, and community building within a fast-growing digital platform.
Creator Outreach
- Research and identify relevant influencers and content creators across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube in UAE, KSA, Kuwait, Qatar, and Bahrain.
- Reach out to creators through DMs, email, WhatsApp, and other communication channels with personalised partnership pitches.
- Follow up consistently and maintain a strong pipeline of potential creators.
Creator Onboarding Support
- Assist creators with the QYUBIC X platform registration and onboarding process.
- Explain basic details about campaigns, discount codes, tracking, and commission structures.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for creator approvals and campaign activation.
Creator Relationship Management
- Maintain regular communication with creators and support ongoing engagement.
- Help build and manage a growing creator community across different categories.
- Collect creator feedback and share insights with the internal team.
Category Research
- Identify creators across categories including:
- Fashion and lifestyle
- Beauty and skincare
- Food and dining
- Sports and fitness
- Home and family
- Technology and gadgets
Database Management
- Maintain an organised tracker of creator outreach, follow-ups, onboarding status, and campaign participation.
- Update creator details including social media handles, platforms, follower count, niche, and engagement status.
Reporting
- Prepare weekly updates on outreach activities, creator responses, onboarding progress, and partnership performance.
- Support reporting on creator growth and campaign participation metrics.
Learning And Development Opportunities
- Gain hands-on experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, and affiliate growth.
- Exposure to building a creator network from the ground up in the MENA market.
- Learn about performance marketing, campaign execution, and partnership management.
- Letter of recommendation upon successful completion.
- Opportunity for a full-time role based on performance.
Required Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Active understanding of social media platforms and creator trends.
- Comfortable with cold outreach, networking, and follow-ups.
- Good research and organisational skills.
- Basic proficiency in Google Sheets and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks remotely.
- Arabic language skills are a plus.
Qualifications And Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Previous experience in influencer marketing, sales, partnerships, social media, or community management is a plus.
- Genuine interest in creators, digital content, and online communities.
- Ability to work remotely with a reliable internet connection and computer.
- Based in UAE preferred or comfortable working in GCC time zones.
