**Position:** Industrial Site Health & Safety Budget Controller
**Salary:** QAR 17,500 Monthly
**Fookin Engineering** is seeking a highly organized and analytical **Industrial Site Health & Safety Budget Controller** to join our team in Ras Laffan, Qatar.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing health and safety-related budgets, monitoring project expenditures, and supporting compliance and operational efficiency across industrial site operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor health and safety budgets for industrial site operations
- Track project expenses related to safety equipment, training, and compliance programs
- Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and budget analysis for management
- Coordinate with HSE, finance, procurement, and project teams regarding budget planning
- Ensure cost control measures are implemented effectively across site operations
- Review invoices, purchase requests, and expense reports related to HSE activities
- Monitor compliance with company financial policies and safety regulations
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising workplace safety standards
- Support audits and maintain accurate financial and safety documentation
- Assist in planning budgets for future industrial and safety projects
- Analyze operational spending and prepare recommendations for budget improvements
- Maintain records of site safety expenditures and reporting requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience in budget control, financial analysis, or industrial project coordination
- Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) operations in industrial environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, and financial reporting tools
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in high-pressure industrial environments and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with Qatar industrial and safety regulations is an advantage
- Experience in oil & gas, engineering, or construction industries is preferred
- Professional certifications related to finance or HSE are a plus
- Pay: QAR17,500.00 per month
