📌 The Role

Industrial Liaison Engineer

Estidama · Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Full-time · On-site (with future shift to hybrid) · Entry-level to Associate (1 – 3 years experience)

🔹 What You Will Do

• Engage major industrial accounts across Petrochemicals, Steel, Mining, and Heavy Industry sectors.

• Build and manage Estidama’s relationships within its established industrial network — converting interest into qualified training opportunities.

• Serve as the bridge between Saudi clients and Estidama’s international partners in technical training and immersive (VR) simulation.

• Move opportunities from first conversation to signed engagement, supported end-to-end by the Estidama team.

🎓 Who We Are Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Petrochemical Engineering.

• 1 – 3 years of experience in a real industrial environment (plant, operations, production, or maintenance) — fresh graduates with strong industrial internship experience are welcome to apply.

• Full fluency in Arabic and English — reading, writing, and speaking.

• Strong interpersonal presence; comfortable building relationships in senior professional settings.

• Confident with digital tools (CRM, Microsoft 365, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and modern productivity platforms).

• Genuine appetite to learn — we will teach you the technical craft; you bring the industrial fluency.
