- Provide first aid and basic medical care for workplace injuries and illnesses
- Assess and manage occupational health issues
- Monitor employees health status and maintain medical records
Emergency Response
- Handle workplace emergencies and provide immediate care
- Coordinate with hospitals/ambulance services when required
- Maintain emergency preparedness (first aid kits, protocols, drills)
Health & Safety
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations
- Conduct risk assessments and identify workplace hazards
- Promote safe working practices and use of PPE
Medical Surveillance
- Conduct pre-employment and periodic medical check-ups
- Monitor employees exposed to hazardous environments
- Maintain health reports and documentation as per company policy
Health Education
- Conduct awareness programs on hygiene, safety, and wellness
- Educate employees on occupational hazards and preventive measures
- Promote healthy lifestyle practices
Administrative Duties
- Maintain medical inventory and supplies
- Prepare reports related to incidents and health records
- Coordinate with HR and management for employee health programs
Additional Expectations
- Knowledge of occupational health standards and regulations
- Ability to handle onsite clinics independently
- Good communication and emergency management skills
