Industrial Motors Customer Support Analyst

Role overview

What you'll handle

• Process orders, quotations, back orders, and return material authorizations accurately and promptly.
• Update customers on product availability, order status, pricing, and delivery timelines.
• Recommend motors and related products by interpreting specifications, performance data, and technical documentation and asking qualifying questions.
• Coordinate with sales, logistics, and engineering to support timely, accurate fulfillment and quick issue resolution.
• Provide responsive service and proactive follow-up; support warranty claims and returns under company policies.
• Maintain complete account and communication records in the CRM.
• Build product and application expertise in Elektrim offerings and industry solutions.
• Introduce relevant new products and promotions to existing accounts and engage customers in sales conversations to drive new and repeat business.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Candidate qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; BA/BS preferred and technical or vocational training is a plus.
• At least three years of customer service or inside sales experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
• Knowledge of industrial electric motors, drives, or mechanical power transmission is preferred.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to read and interpret specifications and technical documents.
• Strong written and verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
• Organized, detail-oriented, effective at time management, and comfortable working independently.
