Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Research, or a closely related engineering field.
  • 2–5+ years of experience in an industrial engineering, manufacturing, or distribution environment.
  • Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
  • Strong command of statistical analysis tools (e.g., Minitab, Excel, SPSS).
  • Experience with ERP/MRP systems and production simulation software.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification is highly preferred;
  • Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) or Professional Engineer (PE) license is a plus.
  • Skills and Abilities:
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities, strong project management skills, and the communication acumen needed to present complex data clearly to diverse stakeholders.
