QUALIFICATIONS
- Sophomore, Junior, or Senior pursuing a mechanical/industrial engineering or other relevant manufacturing degree Quick learner and able to operate in a fast-paced work environment Self-motivated and confident, with the ability to take initiative Ability to work effectively on teams and independently Experience with or willingness to learn AutoCAD & Advanced Excel Excellent organizational and time management skills and the ability to manage many work streams simultaneously Strong experience with computers (especially MS Word, Excel, Project & Power Point ) Strong communication skills Schedule : Full-Time during Co-Op term: January 2027 – August 2027 or May 2027 - December 2027 Location : On-site in Mukwonago, WI
