Key responsibilities
- Welcome customers, identify their needs, and explain product features, specifications, prices, and benefits.
- Promote products, offers, and campaigns; achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Build customer relationships and handle inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally.
- Maintain displays, shelves, cleanliness, organization, pricing, and product labelling.
- Coordinate stock availability and replenishment with the inventory team.
- Process transactions, invoices, and payments; maintain sales records and report performance.
- Inform customers about arrivals and promotions; follow company procedures and coordinate with colleagues.
Requirements
- Previous indoor, retail, or showroom sales experience is preferred.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.
- Ability to assess customer needs, recommend suitable products, negotiate, sell, work in a team, and meet targets.
- English fluency is required; additional languages are an advantage.
Pay
- AED 2,000–2,500 per month.
