Responsibilities
- Provide daily coordination and administrative support to the sales team.
- Prepare customer quotations and coordinate internal approvals before submission.
- Follow up on pending quotations, customer orders, and sales activities.
- Coordinate order processing, product availability, and delivery schedules with relevant departments.
- Respond to customer inquiries about quotations, orders, and deliveries.
- Liaise with warehouse, purchasing, logistics, and accounts teams to support order fulfillment.
- Maintain sales records, quotation files, order trackers, and related documentation.
- Monitor pending tasks and ensure timely follow-up and communication.
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales coordination, indoor sales, or sales administration.
- Foodstuff trading or FMCG experience is an advantage.
- Good understanding of sales workflows, quotation preparation, and order processing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and follow-up skills; attention to detail, organization, and multitasking ability.
- Good command of English.
